Section 14.9 of the Administrative Rule of the West Virginia Division of Personnel, Military Leave, covers parts of the federal Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), 38 U.S.C. 4301 et seq., and the USERRA Final Rule, 20 C.F.R. Part 1002. The Division of Personnel did not find any part of the Administrative Rule to be more stringent than the federal Act or regulations.
