This rule is similar to Mine Safety and Health Administration’s (MSHA). West Virginia Office of Miners’ Health, Safety and Training requires quarterly reporting of total number of employees working at a mine, the hours worked, total reported accidents and injuries. MSHA requires a registry to be maintained by the production operator to document addresses of record, telephone numbers, trade names, description of the work to be performed and location of the mine.
