WV’s Community Services Block Grant program has opted to conduct ore frequent fiscal monitoring in order to ensure that funds are being spent according to established regulations. Fiscal monitoring for this grant is also conducted in conjunction with the Weatherization Assistance Program when possible, which requires annual fiscal monitoring. The state has opted to monitor both programs while onsite to provide a more in-depth look into compliance with program regulations.
