The Division of Labor determined that the Child Labor rule is equal to its Federal counterparts because it adopts by reference 29 CFR Part 570, Subpart B (Certificates of Age), 29 CFR Part 570, Subpart C (Employment of Minors Between 14 and 16 Years of Age), 29 CFR Part 570, Subpart E (Occupations Particularly Hazardous for the Employment of Minors Between 16 and 18 Years of Age or Detrimental to their Health or Well-being); and 29 CFR Part 570, Subpart G (Oppressive Child Labor).
