Section 14 of the Administrative Rule of the West Virginia Division of Personnel was found to be the counterpart of the federal Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 USC 2601 et seq. The Division of Personnel did not find any part of the rule to be more stringent than the federal Act or regulations.
